Avoiding cholesterol to avoid the risk of developing high blood pressure seems so impossible nowadays due to the many sources that scatter around us. The number one source of it, saturated fat, has so many sources than we can really imagine. It goes with almost all of our daily diets like fried chicken with all its crispy skin, red meat and other poultry products that includes eggs and and processed milk. Since one of the risk factor of HBP is cholesterol, lowering it is the key to living a healthy and enjoyable life. 

Here are some tips in lowering cholesterol: 


Avoid over consumption of saturated fats. Since cholesterol is already manufactured in our own body, it is logical to say that it is still okay if we a re going to skip those fat-laden diets.
Eat foods rich in fibers like fresh fruits.
Excess sodium in our body is unnecessary. Cut it out.
Avoid too much stress. Scheduling a considerable daily dose of exercise will do the trick.
Increase your intake of fresh sea foods like fishes and some shellfish.
Cut your red meat consumption too. Switch to lean meat instead for it carries less fat.

Understanding how high blood pressure behaves in relation to cholesterol is one way of getting your self one step further from harm. By knowing the cause of HBP, understanding its behavior and following these simple steps could bring more happiness in life. The life you're saving is your own after all.
