The change in your life style will take some time to change, due to human nature of not liking change. The nutrition you receive in your diet should be able to cover all the main food groups in the food pyramid. Cookbooks are one of the best tools for eating healthy foods. The reason I say this is they help you follow a meal plan. A good cookbook offers tasty and healthy recipes that offer nutritional analysis of their recipes. Many cook books are out there to choose from here are just a few to sample: The Betty Crocker's Low Fat, Low Cholesterol Cooking Today by Betty Crocker Editors,2000 and Graham Kerr's Best: A Low Fat Heart Healthy Cookbook by Graham Kerr, 2000.
