The cholesterol in our body is stored in our liver and it circulates in our blood streams where it gets attached with protein. After getting attached to protein it becomes what we call lipoprotein. After all this when it comes to snacking or dessert time always reach out for fruit. It satisfies your sweet tooth while also giving you many other much needed nutrients.
