You need to eat fat

Many people think that eating fat will make them fat they try and avoid it and cut it out of their diet all together. Whilst saturated fat is bad for you mono unsaturated fat can help reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease, eating these good fats can even help you lose weight. Some foods that contain good fat are Nuts, olive oil and fish, oily fish like trout and mackerel are best.

Eat Low GI Carbohydrates

Low GI Diets are also becoming very popular these days, carbohydrate is your bodies preferred source of energy but some foods like cakes and soft drinks contain sugary carbohydrate these "simple carbs" will store on your body as fat if the energy they contain is not used straightaway. A low carbohydrate diet can leave you feeling tired and lethargic, low gi carbohydrate rich foods release their energy slowly so it is not stored on your body as fat.
