So the key to losing weight is cutting out the bad fats and indulging in foods with monosaturated fats. Feel free to eat lots of olive oil, peanut oil, avocado, whole grain bread, all kinds of nuts and oatmeal...
You also need to realize an effective weight loss plan allows a well rounded variety of leans protein and plenty of complex carbohydrates.
