On the other hand, the Special K Diet poses some drawbacks, namely:

1. You will have the tendency to get bored with cereals.

2. To maintain good health, you must eat cereals supplemented with fruits and vegetables.

3. You probably will not develop good eating habits.

4. You will probably gain back the lost pounds after resuming your regular diet.
