Never Care About Cholesterol Again

Cholesterol is bad for you. Cholesterol causes heart disease and heart attack. It cannot dissolve in the blood, and it will clog up your arteries. Eating saturated fats is bad for your health. Whenever you have a chance, choose food that is low in cholesterol. If you have high cholesterol, don't worry, because vast choice of anti cholesterol drugs is offered. Just ask your doctor. This is what we all hear every day. This is what we all know by heart, right?.

But what if I told you that, this is not what the truth is? What if I told you that, we've been all skillfully deceived, so that someone can profit? Here is what the facts are, then you judge for yourself.

In medical literature, cholesterol is described as fatty like waxy mass, produced in our body by the liver. It is literally part of every cell being the part of every cell wall. It is very important for the bile production which is necessary for fat digestion. Our hormones are made out of cholesterol. Without it we cannot make vitamin D.

What is the cause of high blood cholesterol ( HBC)? Cause of any disease is acidic body. Eating junk food or poor quality food will make our lymphatic fluids acidic, because of the lack of alkaline minerals which are needed to buffer, thus neutralize these acids. When because of the diet like that, we become over acidic, to save our life, our body will build up cholesterol in blood vessels to protect them from these acids. This is to prevent that blood vessels do not get burned through with acidity, and for blood not to leek out of them.

What should one do to prevent getting HBC?

Oils and fats cannot dissolve in acid. For fats and oils to dissolve alkaline minerals are needed. Try to wash greasy dishes in lemon juice ( acid ) and see what happens. After that try to wash them with baking soda ( sodium, alkaline ) see what happens then. You will learn that it takes an alkaline to remove grease. Same thing happens in our body. If there is no alkaline minerals to react against acids in our body they are going to build up.

To prevent HBC and never to worry about it in your life, all you have to do is, to learn what to eat. Choosing to eat more alkaline food that is rich in alkaline minerals, must be your imperative. Fats and oils, which are acids, will react against alkaline minerals and electro magnetic energy is going to be released. That energy is our healing energy.

Now when you have different angle on it, you decide, is it a friend or a foe? Is it there to hurt you, or it is there to let you know that you are doing something wrong? Something that your body does not like, something that you should change.
