Foods such as vegetables and fresh fruits have no cholesterol and are therefore very beneficial to our bodies. Other foods in the same category include chicken, fish, nuts, and many more. A diet change and eating habit will not only improve the body system functionality but you do not have to worry about suffering a heart attack unexpectedly.
