It is important to drink two litres of water and to avoid sweets, chocolate etc. It is very healthy diet, so it can be used for a long time. It is not good for pregnant women and for children, because they need more energy. The most important vegetables connected with this diet are: radish (a lot of vitamins and minerals, it helps to prevent wrinkles and losing hair), chive (it improves metabolism and has got a lot of caroten, vitamins, it also helps to kill bacterias), green, parsley (a lot of minerals and vitamins that improve weight loss process).

Yoghurt diet - it is expensive, but very effective, because it allows to lose up to 6 kilograms during a week. This diet is connected with eating different kinds of yoghurt. It is very good diet and we will not feel hunger thanks to it.
